Already 31 December 2010 and my 107 th post in 2010 ... time goes so fast. I know I say this often but it's so true. The days pass so speeds and months fly by. It is now almost 6hpm. I just finished my nap and some coconuts are still asleep ... tonight we're Christmas Eve with your family in Bangalore. There are activities on the complex but we prefer to stay together ... it is a time of year a little special ... the last two years we spend Christmas at the seaside and it is unrealistic .. . but when we come back to Bangalore on New Year's Day, I find it a little more difficult ... but that's normal ... Pink and Mikael are traveling, Tony and Denise Montreal, Santosh and also Most expats to return to their country or while traveling ... We'll order pizza, dancing, playing board games and watch a movie .... this is our night! But we will be together all the 5!
For 2011, I am super happy ... a new year before us and we know it will still be rich in emotions, challenges and adventures and full of surprises ... First because we do not know yet what will happen! But we know that our Indian adventure ends ... we'll have to turn a page, closing a chapter in our life ... move on ... I think we'll have to live some grief. Life can sometimes be difficult here but if I look at my life here, I'm happy ... I feel I have grown through this adventure in India. I faced a great fear, fear of ridicule. I always thought that English and I was just lost but no. I am no longer size with children but I am very good progress. I put my fears of sides and I accepted the challenge, coming into this country abroad with my husband and our three children. I'm proud of myself. Proud to be daring, to integrated, making me friends and have my routine here. I look at 2010 and looks happy 2011 with hope and confidence.
I feel privileged to begin a new year, along with my three coconuts and my husband. I feel fortunate to live all these things in such good company. Expatriation makes you grow personally and in our case, we also much closer in time a couple. He is my friend, my confidant, the only one who understands me so much! I also feel privileged to have the support of our families and our circle of friends.
So I wish all family and friends, a great year 2011. This year could be for you, a good year on all fronts. Love, health, joy, happiness and fulfillment is what we hope for 2011.
