evening!
Want a laugh? I am starting! I'm in Indian culinary discovery and I love it! I recently learned to make Raita. Very easy to make but very good especially with a spicy dish. The raita is a digestive aid to all power very spicy! Basically, it's curd (a sort of plain yogurt a little more cash) to which you add onions and cucumber (the central part removed) chopped finely. Thereafter, you roast black mustard seeds in oil and you add green chillies and salt to taste! My maid showed me last week and I felt an attack to do it again! All is well ... I was at the stage of green chili ... I open the lengthwise and I know I have to remove the inside because it's too hard for us. My maid had done everything with the small knife but it was long ... I take my fingers down the length of the chili and push it all inside in the garbage and wonder why my maid does not do it like that. Meanwhile the children talk to me and asks me for help. I rinse my hands super fast below the water and I sat at the table and talk, said, rubbing my eyes and my face and BANG all of a sudden, my eyes warm (but really), my face burns, I start to panic ... I am no longer able to keep my eyes open so it burns! I try to go to the lavatory to the bathroom and go get Emma in my way ... I hit the toe on the corner of a wall ... but the face more press! !
I rinsed the face several times and in ten minutes I put cold compresses ... the idea that I might become blind after this adventure came to my mind ... I never experienced something like that! Bob was in the conference call and the children wondered what was going on with me!
During dinner, I still had the burning sensation on the hands and face substantial ... but then two hours later all is well ... except that there I really hurt my little toe ... I wonder if it is not broken ...
wants chili??
